I n this chapter. I’ll look at site-specific extensibility features such as the Site Map provider, which is based on the extensible provider model that we’ve already learned about. A site map defines the navigation structure of a Web site. By default, the data store is the web.sitemap XML file. Although it’s easy to change the default setting, you’ll need a custom site map provider in order to store data anywhere other than in an XML file. These keywords were added by machine and not by the authors. This process is experimental and the keywords may be updated as the learning algorithm improves.
