Internet Explorer flaw used to hack Google

A zero-day exploit targeting Internet Explorer was the crucial tool behind an attack that has led Google to consider pulling out of China, it has emerged. The attack, which has created a rift between the US and Chinese governments, targeted not only the search engine giant, but also at least 19 other companies, including Adobe and Yahoo.
