Active time delay estimation techniques: application to ionospheric links

The domain addressed in this paper is the active time delay estimation (TDE) techniques and their application to ionospheric links. The method computed is the MUSIC algorithm. This method is applied to the specific problem of estimating time delay in ionospheric links based on the Watterson channel propagation model.
