Recently, radio controlled (R/C) unmanned helicopter become to be used in fields of aerial photography and aerial investigation. The operation cost of R/C helicopter is lower than real ones. However, helicopter gain the thrust with high speed rotating rotor blades. The rotor blades cause a serious damage in the accident. In this study, we develop new flying object using ducted fan. Because ducted fan's rotors are covered with the duct, ducted fan is safer than helicopters' rotor blades. The study for stable hovering is approached from various ways. As the result of DFO attitude control model is planed Inverted Pendulum type. In the experiment, we succeeded to achieve stable hovering by 3-axes attitude control
