Infinite Series

In the previous chapter we investigated the behaviour of infinite sequences of real numbers and we realised that we had to look at the terms a n and consider the overall trend as n gets larger and larger. For series, however, the important consideration is not just the individual terms themselves but rather the behaviour as we keep on adding them together.
