Overview of passive attacks in cloud environment

Cloud computing provide services on demand. However, it is highly vulnerable to attacks and compromises security and privacy of data. The attacks are broadly classified as active and passive attack. The existing methods focus on specific types of attacks. Here, we reviewed various existing methods of detection and prevention of passive attacks and proposed a comprehensive mechanism to prevent the same.
