As the world is running over the digitization, it is absolutely unpredictable how much privacy of an individual is preserved. Because the data has to be published, shared in order to extract the knowledge by analyzing and processing. It leads to the breach of privacy which has been shielded by various privacy laws and regularity compliance. So, the privacy preserving is become more noticeable research domain. The big data privacy has been a topic of excessive concern and have not been studied much in broad. This paper studies the research outputs done in both application and theoretical sides of big data privacy. This paper discusses operations and roles of privacy systems, data clustering and privacy frameworks, perspective wise effort of privacy study along with the mathematical expressions to describe, measure and model privacy.
