Design and Implementation of MIPS Experiment Platform Based on FPGA Device

MIPS architecture shows an important function in computer science knowledge graph. A MIPS experiment platform with FPGA is explained in this article containing MIPS CPU implement, the method of connecting to PC and run programs of MIPS assembly language (with the help of an operating system). Compared to software simulators, the MIPS experiment platform may give MIPS learners intuitive experience of learning how MIPS architecture works. Furthermore, they may design and implement instructions of their own.
