Blockchain-based Internet of Things (Blockchain-IoT) is becoming widespread to protect users' privacy. However, there are high barriers among heterogeneous Blockchain-IoT systems, making it difficult for massive cross-domain devices to share data among themselves. In this article, we developed an ontology-based Blockchain-IoT resource description model to exchange information on multiple Blockchain-IoT systems. In our model, we specially designed a unified representation method taking granular characteristics and blockchain historical information of Blockchain-IoT resource into account. Firstly, we extracted resource feature information from 4 device dimensions of attributes, control, status, and parameters, where the blockchain historical information is embedded into the parameters feature. Then, we designed an intelligent parking scenario to test our Blockchain-IoT resource description model. Experiment shows that the proposed model can effectively support the access and business functions for the heterogeneous Blockchain-IoT devices in the intelligent parking system with good usability and adaptability.
