Design and Implementation of survey and design enterprise file collection system

Information systems play an increasingly important role in business management. In survey and design enterprises, file collection also needs the support of information systems. The types of files of survey and design enterprises are complex, and the number of files that need to be collected is increasing year by year. However, the traditional file collection process has problems such as cumbersome process, long archiving time, low accuracy rate of archiving data, and low level of informatization. This file collection method has been unable to meet the growing demand for file collection. Therefore, we designed a file collection system based on B/S architecture and JAVA to improve the efficiency of file collection for survey and design enterprises. In the paper, we introduced the overall design, functional design and process design of the file collection system, and finally successfully applied the system in the enterprise.
