Parameter Estimation of Change Point Models based on the Discrete and Continuous Sampler

The aim of this research is to estimate parameters, change points, as well as the number of latent events of software reliability models using discrete and continuous samplers. Parameters and latent events of two change point models are demonstrated. It is found that the estimation of latent events is generally imprecise. In addition, if priors of latent events are vague, the estimation of other parameters will also be inaccurate.
