In this paper, we exploit array motion along with time-modulated frequency offset schemes for enhanced joint direction-of-arrival (DoA) and range estimation. When used with sparse coprime array, this approach delivers a large number of consecutive lags of the difference coarray, hence improved performance. We consider linear frequency modulated continuous wave transmitted signal and analyze the coarray incorporating both the array motion and the time-variant frequency offsets. The analysis shows that the majority of the holes in the coarray positions and frequency offsets can be filled by the proposed approach. Computer simulations are presented which demonstrate enhanced joint DoA-range estimation performance with respect to estimation accuracy and degree-of-freedom.
