Improving Image Quality Using Noise Removal Based on Learning Method for Surveillance Camera Images

Noise removable method, which performs denoising process from images with noise, has been widely used. In this paper, we propose a novel noise removable method based on a learning-based method for surveillance camera images. The experimental results show that our proposed method delivers the best performance compared with several currently available methods in subjective and objective evaluations.
