Principles for impact assessment of PILOTING against SoEL requirements

This deliverable constitutes the first deliverable of work package WP9, which concerns the social, ethical, and legal (SoEL) aspects of the PILOTING project. The role of this deliverable is to identify, in broad terms, the legal and ethical principles which will apply to the PILOTING project. The identification of these principles and the relevant legal frameworks will allow defining a set of requirements which will constitute a benchmark against which project activities and outcomes will be assessed, the “PILOTING Impact Assessment Framework". In addition, this deliverable defines the impact assessment methodology, which will occur in three phases: initial phase consisting in setting the framework (this deliverable), and then performing the impact assessment during each iteration of the PILOTING project. ** This deliverable have not been approved by the EC yet.
