Study of Distributed Temperature Sensing and Applications

This paper shows Distributed Temperature Sensing (DTS) technology and system implementation. Raman scattering is applied to this DTS system. The innovation and system implementation are explained in this paper. This also includes monitoring system working with optical fiber sensors. The software is developed by using LabVIEW for measuring temperature and this can be applied to various applications.
