A Review on the Different Regression Analysis in Supervised Learning

In the recent years, different supervised learning methods have been developed in the field of machine learning. Supervised learning became a key area for labeled data, and currently a lot of research has been carried out in machine learning. Most of the supervised learning techniques have found application in processing and analyzing different varieties of data. One of the main characteristics is that supervised learning has the ability of carry out regression process. The so-called labels are class labels in the regression process. There are a variety of regression analysis types used in supervised learning methods. This chapter summarizes the fundamental aspects of different techniques in regression methods. Its main goal to present an overview of regression analysis in machine learning and provide uses of regression methods.
