Heartbeat is an essential method to verify the initial Heart condition. It has been a basic technique used by doctors for since long. The heartbeat rate is not constant, so it is impossible to predict the heartbeat accurately. Time series prediction has been a rich statistical technique for its real-world application. In the healthcare sector, time series predicting designs have wide application in forecasting the advancement of the ailment, approximation of the death rate, and measuring the risk, which is time-dependent. Though, the immense accessibility of various methods, a specific method may be better than the other in a specific situation. Choosing a particular technique from several available techniques is always confusing. The main objective of the paper is to find the most significant diseases which are fatal when compared with other diseases by using Rough Set and then using the same technique find the most significant attribute responsible for heart diseases and then forecasting the diseases using Time Series showing it's the exponential growth rate. The rough set is derived from of Soft Computing Technique.
