Implementing Algebraic Effects and Handlers in Non-functional Programming Languages

There are attempts trying to implement Algebraic Effects and Handlers in non-functional programming languages. However there are various methods to implement them depending on the languages, and they are not generalized well. We have summarized these methods, and proposed features which is compatible with implementing Algebraic Effects and Handlers based on the summary and our implementation in C#.
