Design of Novel Media Communication Platform Based on the Combination of Audio and Short Video Signal

This manuscript studies the design of novel media communication platform based on the combination of audio and short video signal. As an application framework, website can integrate data resources, network resources and application systems to serve users in the form of information management platform and unified user interface. Online news dissemination has high-speed, multimedia, interactivity, database and other performance advantages in information dissemination that traditional media have never had. This paper proposes the novel framework combining the audio and short video signal processing to design the efficient data processing unit. The application scenarios are then validated through testing.
