The development trend of smart ammunition requires the reduction of energy consumption and storage resources of the wireless sensor network (WSN) system. This article proposes a compression algorithm that can effectively reduce energy loss by about 80%. Designed a distributed sensor structure, imported Ansys Fluent multiphysics to simulate temperature and pressure data sets, andanalyzed the correlation of the data sets. Based on the dynamic huffman algorithm theory, the target algorithm is optimized, which is used to compress the data sets, and the sensor LZW (S- LZW) algorithm is used as a control. The results show that the proposed algorithm is better than the compression ratio of the S-LZW algorithm, and the response speed of the data sets processingis faster. This algorithm is suitable for smart ammunition witha high temporal and spatial correlation of data sets, and can significantly reduce energy loss and storage space.
