A note on cess-lattices

Some generalizations of the concept of a CS-lattice, namely aweak CS-lattice, a CESS-lattice and a lattice satisfying the condition (P) are introduced. Various results are proved to show the relationship between these lattices and result for lattices not satisfying the condition (P) are also proved. A characterization of a lattice to be a UC-lattice is given
