Application of NLP and supervised machine learning in business evaluation and data analysis

Natural language processing and text classification are becoming more and more popular in various fields. This paper mainly introduces the application of natural language processing in business analysis or business risk assessment in machine learning and text classification based on TF-IDF and w2v model. Then, the model is introduced to optimize the accuracy of the model by using different performances obtained by different classifiers (such as KNN, VSM, random forest and logistic regression). At the same time, other specific solutions for model optimization are given, such as model sampling method and modification of vector window size.
