Research on The Flow of Innovative Talents in the New Energy Automobile Industry from the Perspective of Enterprises

With the rapid development of the new energy automobile industry, the shortage of talents in the industry is becoming more and more serious, and the competition for talents among enterprises is becoming more intense. At present, the flow of innovative talents in the new energy automobile industry has the characteristics of high willingness and obvious cross-regional flow. Compared with traditional advantageous industries, the incoordination of personal and organizational goals, the mismatch of corporate culture, and irrational internal management systems are the three main factors that cause the flow of innovative talents in the new energy industry. This article starts with analyzing the characteristics of the flow of innovative talents in the new energy automobile industry, explores the main factors that cause the flow of talents, and then proposes solutions to provide references for new energy automobile companies to attract and retain innovative talents.
