Training and Learning in Virtual Reality: Designing for Consistent, Replicable, and Scalable Solutions

The emergence of accessible virtual reality equipment and software have piqued interest in adoption of training based solutions that leverage the affordances of VR. A need exists for effective and efficient protocols/direction for developers to design VR experiences that maximize learner retention. This study offers a framework and generalizable guidelines that prescribe consistent, replicable, and scalable VR training and learning solutions.
