With the development of digital technology, digitalization and networking have become the development direction of professional audio technology. Digital Audio Network can solve the problem of anti-interference in transmission and processing, and also can solve the problem of monitoring and management in analog system. In this paper, the frequency spectrum of audio signal is analyzed by the method of discrete Fourier transform (DFT), and the influence of different window length on the frequency spectrum is compared between rectangle window and hamming window. Three different window lengths were selected, namely$\mathrm{n}=8,30$, and 100. The simulation results show that only when the window intercept length is greater than or equal to the signal period, the spectrum can be displayed correctly, which is beneficial to the stability of audio signal output and the improvement of sound quality.
