This paper studies the inverse eigenvalue problem of generalized periodic Jacobi matrices with edges [1] for engineering applications and scientific calculations. The unique conditions for the existence of the solution to the problem and the recursive expression of the solution is given through numerical calculations. The example verifies the validity.
