Mechanical structure design of compact intelligent dustbin

Aiming at the low efficiency of manual garbage classification, a compact four-classification intelligent garbage bin is designed. The functions of the garbage bin is composed of a rotating wheel structure, a turntable structure and steering gear transmission structure. According to the size of the garbage that can be contacted in the current life, the data parameters inside the garbage bin are determined, the space is used reasonably, and the compactness of the garbage bin is improved. The turntable structure and the rotating plate complete the motion segmentation through the independent rotation of the inner and outer shafts of the roller, thus realizing the automatic garbage classification and greatly improving the throwing speed of garbage classification.
