This article relies on information technology, uses the method of speech experiment, extracts the fundamental frequency signal of Mandarin pronunciation of Tibetan college students, and normalizes the fundamental frequency into five-degree value. Through research, it is concluded that the tone errors of Aba Tibetan college students are mainly manifested in two aspects of tone pattern and tone value. The tone value of Yinping is generally lower than that of standard Mandarin. The main reason for the pronunciation errors of Yinping and no Yangping are the influence of the negative transfer of their mother tongue.
