Sixth Generation (6G) networks will be developed to meet the demand of an intelligent, automated and ubiquitous digital world. It has applications in different domains, such as Internet of Everything (IoE), high speed moving vehicles, wearable devices, and virtual machines etc. In the IoE or high speed moving vehicles, there is a need of dynamic network which can work in the moving position also. So, handoff management has been used as the main driver for configuration of 6G network with a significant level of mobility. At the time of handoff, different networks are available with different parameters range. So, there is the need of selection for optimal network at every time. The optimal network should be selected according to the different applications. So, in this paper, the different applications are considered and user preference are calculated by the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and fuzzy AHP method. By considering the user choice, the Quality of Experience (QoE) can be increased which is a important factor of 6G. Two more weight calculation techniques, i.e., entropy and Standard Deviation (SD) are used in this paper. Finally, the network is selected by the game theory and results are compared with the Grey Rational Analysis (GRA) method. In the game theory, the utility factor is considered and network is selected based upon the utility factor. The performance of these two methods are compared in terms of number of vertical handoff. The results shows that the game theory has reduced number of handoff and also considered the effect of load balancing.
