IEEE Pacific Rim International Symposium on Dependable Computing (PRDC 2021) is the twenty-sixth event in the series of symposia started in 1989 devoted to dependable and fault-tolerant computing. PRDC has been since then a recognized main event in the Pacific area, covering many aspects of dependability, fault tolerance, security, and safety critical systems, encompassing both theoretical contributions, practical experiences, measurement studies, and industrial systems.
