The launch of the “Made in China 2025” plan has promoted the integration of information technology and manufacturing technology. The introduction of wireless technology has made up for the shortcomings of wired communication, which is the development and compensation of wired transmission. Aiming at industrial production with a special environment inconvenient for wired data collection, we propose a ZigBee-based industrial wireless transmission system design. This system uses CC2530 as the core module and Z-Stack protocol stack for development. The gateway uses STM32 and PHY chips. Perform ZigBee protocol and TCP/IP protocol conversion. The main feature of this system is versatility. It is designed to be able to be applied to different industrial environments. As a wireless transmission part, it can be embedded in different application scenarios according to actual needs to make up for the vacancy of the current industrial production wireless transmission system.
