A line-follower pick-and-place robotic arm for helping bed-bound disabled people to be more autonomous has been created and tried. This automated framework can help disabled individuals to lead a generally autonomous life, to mitigate the responsibility for their families and medical services staff. The pick-and-place robot arm device has Bluetooth control through a mobile phone. The robot can be controlled by the patient through the mobile to bring needed things like medicine boxes, etc. For this robot, we insisted on a heartbeat sensor and a temperature sensor to check the patients’ basic data, and similarly, with the web application called THINGS SPEAK, a doctor also can check the patient’s pulse rate in the waveform from any place. The robotic arm is fixed to the base part consisting of wheels which are driven by DC motors. Lately, the business and day-by-day schedule processed are discovered to be more alluring if carried out through mechanisation by means of robots. The identified spot mechanism is an innovation at assembling businesses that is intended to perform pick-and-spot tasks. The framework was intended to such an extent that it disposes of human blunders and human intercession to get more exact work. There are numerous fields where human intercession is troublesome; however, the viable interaction must be worked and controlled as this prompts the region wherein robots discover their applications.
