Application of Decision Tree Classification Method in E-Banking Customer Management

This paper designs an e-banking customer management system. By analyzing the requirements of the system, the SSH architecture design and the design of the main functional modules such as personal information management, data pushing and receiving, and bank marketing are completed. On this basis, the system functions were implemented and the method of implementing the main classification and prediction modules of the system was elaborated. Finally, functional and performance tests are carried out. The customer classification method designed in this paper can be applied to the customer management system to effectively predict the categories of new customers. A prediction accuracy of over 95% was achieved for the largest test set of over eight thousand items in the UCI dataset. It has good applications in customer maintenance, business recommendation and product marketing in banks.
