Evidence from hacking: A few tiresome problems

Most nations allow investigators to hack into computers of interest but usually the results are not used in evidence but only as intelligence. This appears to be changing. The article examines what is involved, practically and legally, to turn material acquired through hacking into forensically sound evidence.
