Hierarchical Min-Sum Algorithm Based on Dynamic Scaling Factor for LDPC Decoding

In roder to adjust the log-likelihood ratios (LLRs), we design a hierarchical min-sum algorithm based on dynamic scaling factor (DSF-HMS). The results show that the proposed algorithm can improve the decoding performance.
