The attacker can crack the key through the RSA time side channel. However, there is still a lack of effective methods to evaluate and detect the information leakage on the time side channel. In response to this problem, this article uses timing attack methods for quantitative analysis. By observing the execution time of the cipher algorithm on the platform, the attacker makes a variance-based timing attack on single-chip microcomputer. In addition, there are unknown factors on the single-chip microcomputer platform to interfere with the attack results. Therefore, we introduce workflow verification system to optimize the attack process and get a relatively stable attack result. Finally, we propose a optimal workflow verification process, which also provides a security evaluation index for preventing information leakage on the time side channel.
