SEE Your Clones With Your Teammates

We discuss how collaborative clone analysis in distributed teams can be supported by modern software-visualization technology. We present our multi-user multi-purpose software visualization platform SEE that is based on the popular code-as-a-city metaphor. We discuss how clone data can be visualized in SEE without compromising the other use cases of SEE. Our design decisions are based on principles of cognitive psychology, namely, the laws of Gestalt.
