Research on visual servo for stator laminations sorting

In order to improve the level of automation manufacturing and testing in production of motor manufacturing process, a visual servo based manipulator system for sorting stator laminations is proposed. In this paper, a simulation model of the visual servo based manipulator system is built and the image jacobian matrix(IJM) is estimated. Using the improved kalman filter algorithm to update IJM on-line, improving the target error tracking performance of this system, and finally, the effectiveness of the proposed system and its IJM method is demonstrated by simulation experiment results.
