Introduction to Systems Security Engineering Vocabulary

ABSTRACT Systems security protects a system from misuse and malicious behavior and makes sure the system can deliver value even under adverse conditions in cyberspace. This article identifies essential systems security vocabulary including systems security engineering, cyberspace, cyber‐attack, cybersecurity, and cyber resiliency. This terminology overview supports effective collaboration with other INCOSE working groups.
