An Interactive Computer Assisted Design System: Architecture and Design

With the development of information technology, more and more design work relies on computer assisted design systems. Since, computer assisted design systems are mostly pure tool systems that passively accept user design input and lacking intelligent assistance capabilities, this paper proposes an interactive computer assisted design system architecture. It decomposes the logic of assisted design system into goal-driven approach and operation-driven approach. Through the monitoring, collection and analysis of user operations and system status, different auxiliary approach are used in different states in the process.
