SecOC (Secure Onboard Communication) framework provides a solution for in-vehicle network security communication. Aiming at the key management problem in SecOC, a dynamic key generation algorithm is proposed. The method is based on the global shared key and random number generated during the two-way identity authentication between ECU and gateway node. It generates a dynamic key through operations such as cyclic shift, grouping, and hashing. The generation is completed inside each ECU node, so the scheme does not need to distribute the key. And each time the vehicle starts, a new session key will be obtained, making it difficult for an attacker to intercept or crack the critical information, thereby ensuring the safe communication of the vehicle network. The experimental results show that the method has high efficiency and safety.
