In the age of digital communications, radar receivers prove to be essential for tracking applications such as air traffic control towers, defense systems, and navigation systems. An analysis of the radar's tracking performance can be determined by noting the number of detected signals. This paper proposes a system that can create random signals, identify the signals, and continue tracking them while some properties change. The paper uses two separate methods of tracking and compares the effectiveness of both. The integrated system consists of techniques including Wavelet decomposition, Hilbert transform, filtering, fast Fourier transformation (FFT), and more. Using different algorithmic approaches, statistical analysis is performed to measure the accuracy of each method. The key methods, Confidence-Interval Tracking and Real-Time Tracking will be judged based on what works best with signals changing their pulse descriptor words (PDWs).
