View Video Presentation: https://doi.org/10.2514/6.2022-0274.vid As UAV usage becomes more and more common, methods to attack UAVs and save UAVs from attack become more and more necessary. Predator-prey interactions in nature can be studied, and the predator and anti-predator mechanisms that animals use can be categorized. From the various mechanisms used in nature, several conceptual predator and anti-predator mechanisms can be investigated and created for UAV usage. Bio-inspired mechanisms show promise because they can be used practically on small UAVs, and many of the mechanisms can be used practically in urban environments.
