The objective of this paper was to create a system that can help Indonesian people who live in rural areas to more easily get health services. The solution offered was a healthcare monitoring system using HAPS. This system was called the Remote Medical Check-up Kit and consists of a sensor subsystem, a mobile application subsystem, and a database subsystem. The sensor subsystem was built using the Wemos D1 R2, DS18B20 temperature sensor, and MAX30102 heart rate sensor. The application subsystem was built using the Flutter SDK. The database subsystem was created using Firebase services. The sensor subsystem is used to send sensor reading data to the database, the application subsystem is used as an interface for sensor reading and communication media for health workers with patients, and the database subsystem is used to store all system data.
