Entanglement of Photonic Angular Qudits

We report a scheme to generate maximally entangled states in D-dimensional quantum systems using angular diffraction masks containing N=D 1/2 angular slits in the arms of correlated twin photons produced by Spontaneous Parametric Down Conversion (SPDC).
