Research and Implementation of Low-Latency Streaming Media Transmission System

As the demand for video, the rapid growth of video encoding and streaming technologies are used widely. Real-time video communication has become an important content of the video industry. The central objective is to provide excellent fluency and low latency. This paper analyzes the causes of the delay performance and smooth streaming media transmission system, and then designed and completed low latency streaming media transmission system. At last, we improve system performance by improving frame rate in the capture and adjusting buffer dynamically. Tests show that the system is fully functional, high-quality and low latency to meet the requirements of practical application scenarios of streaming media transmission system.
