Distributed Algorithm over Tree Networks for Optimization with Total Constraints

This paper addresses distributed optimization with total constraints over tree networks. To express the total constraints, data aggregation over the tree networks is utilized. The result is remarkable in that the alternating direction method of multipliers (ADMM) without the aggregator can dispersively solve the optimization problem with a proposed formulation.
