Clustering technique is one of the reliable methods to enhance the lifetime of the routed network in wireless sensor networks. The bunch nodes in the distributed network nominate cluster heads based on unanimous or election techniques. When cluster head is created, the other nodes should be the members in a team to balance the network. The balancing network may be evenly or unevenly distributed based on the protocol designed. Cluster head communicates the collected information between the source (data collected from the members) and the base-station (Destiny). Due to extra workload, cluster head consumes more power compare to the nodes present in the network field. Formation of clusters may overload the cluster heads that leads to malfunction or rapidly die and degrade the effectiveness of the wireless sensor networks. In this paper, The proposed algorithms are scientifically researched and the results are based on the extending load balancing and reduce energy consumption of the network through fitness function protocol to provide better solution. The proposed algorithm are compared with the existing protocols in terms simulation parameters like network lifetime, packet delivery ratio, alive and dead nodes etc..
