SAR Image Enhancement based on Wavelet Filter and Gaussian Mixture Model

SAR (Synthetic Aperture Radar) is an important means of earth observation. However, due to factors such as system parameters/signal processing methods/original instrument noise and windowing/etc., the resolution of SAR has theoretical limitations. Resolution is the core index of image information and interpretability. In order to improve the interpretability of SAR images, this paper uses wavelet filter and Gaussian mixture model to post-process the SAR images to improve the Image interpretability of SAR images.
