Software libraries relevant to the book
Ignacio Montero Ruíz, M. Zeron · 2021
In this chapter, the authors give a list of (and comment on) the most important software libraries that have been used in the implementation of the solutions described in this book. The two main approximation frameworks for the solutions presented throughout this book are based on DNNs and CTs. The authors describe in detail the suite they have developed, called the MoCaX suite. The MoCaX Library is the first of the two libraries developed by the authors. It has been designed to build objects that represent full CTs of any specified dimension. Several methods have been incorporated within its various classes that let the user perform the main operations possible with these tensors. The authors also present examples of how to use the functionality within the MoCaX Library for the version in Python. The MoCaXExtend Library is the second library within the MoCaX suite.
